HoopTech Terms & Conditions

Welcome to HoopTech! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all HoopTech programs, leagues, and facility use. Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and competitive environment for athletes of all ages. By participating at HoopTech—whether as a member, league player, guest, or parent—you agree to follow these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Member – An individual who has an active HoopTech membership contract that provides ongoing access to the facility.
  • Guest/Drop-In – A non-Member participant who pays a per-visit fee to use HoopTech services.
  • Competitor – An athlete who participates in a HoopTech league, event, or competition.
  • Participant – Any person who uses HoopTech facilities or services, including Members, Guests, and Competitors.

2. Memberships

  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Members agree to keep payment methods current. Missed payments may result in suspension of facility access.
  • Membership access is limited to the athlete(s) named on the account.

3. Programs & Leagues

  • League registration is confirmed once payment is received. Spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • HoopTech reserves the right to adjust schedules, team assignments, and program formats as needed.
  • Competitors must follow all league rules, sportsmanship standards, and referee decisions.

4. Facility Use

  • Participants must check in at the front desk before each session.
  • Outside coaching, training, or instruction is not permitted without HoopTech approval.
  • Food and drinks (other than water or sports drinks) are not allowed on courts or performance areas.

5. Safety & Conduct

  • All Participants must follow HoopTech staff directions at all times.
  • Proper athletic shoes and attire are required.
  • Horseplay, profanity, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children not actively participating in programs.

6. Waivers & Liability

  • Participation in basketball and performance training carries inherent risks. By entering HoopTech facilities, all Participants (or parents/guardians for minors) acknowledge and accept these risks.
  • HoopTech is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or personal belongings.
  • All Participants must have a signed waiver on file before use of the facility.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Memberships and program fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • If HoopTech cancels a program or league, refunds or credits will be issued.
  • Make-up sessions are not guaranteed for missed practices, games, or training.

8. Privacy & Media

  • HoopTech may use photos and videos taken inside the facility for marketing and promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing.
  • Participant information is kept confidential and only used for HoopTech operations.

9. Changes to Terms

HoopTech may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at the facility and online at www.hooptech.com. Continued participation after updates means you agree to the new Terms.
