Strength 101


Intro to lifting with whole-body workouts that build a strong foundation and correct imbalances.

Fat Loss 101


Circuit-style resistance training to maximize fat burn while maintaining muscle.

BurnX (HIIT)


High-intensity intervals and compound movements for advanced conditioning in a boot camp format.

Total Tone


Steady-paced resistance training with lighter weights and controlled reps to sculpt and define.

ADULT LEANLAB


LeanLab is designed for adults who want to get stronger, move better, and stay lean. Built on a science-backed approach, this structured program combines strength training, conditioning, and mobility work to deliver real results. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to push past plateaus, LeanLab offers the tools and coaching to help you achieve a stronger, leaner, and more confident version of yourself.
